Kintélé Sports Complex, Brazzaville, Congo (Rep.)

Built by CSCEC, the Kintélé Sports Complex in Brazzaville was the core venue of the 11th All-Africa Games 2015. Covering 800,000 m² with a 60,000-seat main stadium — the second largest in Africa — it was completed in 28 months.

Sino-Congolese Bank for Africa, Brazzaville

Located in the heart of Brazzaville, capital of the Republic of Congo, this landmark was built by CSCEC under an EPC contract and is the country's highest-standard intelligent financial office building.

Djibouti Military Port

Officially the Support Base in Djibouti — China's first and only official overseas logistics support facility — with a 540-meter military deep-water berth, commissioned in 2017. Delivered through custom fabrication of non-standard components and CSCEC's overseas EPC construction, covering the full spectrum of port engineering, building, MEP, security and special equipment.

Mauritius National Stadium

An overseas CSCEC EPC project completed in 2019 under a FIDIC contract to British and European standards. The Côte d'Or National Sports Complex, commonly known as the Mauritius National Stadium, is a national landmark sports facility.

Addis Ababa National Stadium, Ethiopia

Officially named Adey Abeba International Stadium, the 47-hectare sports park with 62,000 seats was built by CSCEC under an overseas EPC contract. It is Ethiopia's first national multi-sports complex simultaneously meeting FIFA, World Athletics and IOC standards, serving the AFCON 2029 bid, international summits and major cultural and sporting events.

Madagascar National Stadium

The Mahamasina Barea National Stadium, built by CSCEC under an overseas EPC contract and completed in 2021, is designated Madagascar's No.1 national project, meeting FIFA and CAF international competition standards.

Beira General Hospital, Mozambique

Built by China Construction Civil Engineering Co. and commissioned in 2024, it is the most modern general public hospital in Mozambique since independence, serving 770,000 people in Beira and surrounding areas.

Algeria East-West Highway

A 1,216 km dual three-lane expressway designed, built and supervised to French/European highway standards — Algeria's 'project of the century' and a presidential project. Linking 17 core northern provinces and 9 major ports, it covers about 90% of the population and 70% of economic output. Facing extreme geology, complex mountain terrain, safety and environmental pressure and standards barriers, several European and Japanese contractors withdrew midway; Chinese builders ultimately completed what Europeans called 'a geological engineer's disaster'.

Chinese Embassy in Côte d'Ivoire

Built strictly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' security specifications for overseas embassies, with integrated physical isolation, electronic security and emergency refuge facilities, safeguarding diplomatic personnel and classified materials.

Egypt New City Projects

CSCEC's flagship new-city projects in Egypt include the New Administrative Capital CBD (New Cairo) and the Alamein New City supertall complex — a full demonstration of China's EPC and whole-industry-chain capability for supertall complexes, and a calling card for Chinese infrastructure in North Africa.

Saudi KAP5 Military Camp Project

The King Abdullah Project for Security Facilities Development Phase 5 (KAP5), owned by the Saudi Ministry of Interior (National Security Planning Agency) and supervised by the Italconsult (Italy) + Gesbau (Portugal) joint venture, is a core national-security infrastructure project of Saudi Vision 2030 with a total investment of US$5.5 billion. CRCC International won 298 individual plots worth about US$2.6 billion — then CRCC's largest single overseas building project.

King Salman Energy Park (SPARK), Saudi Aramco

Fully owned by Saudi Aramco with MODON operating permits, SPARK is a national flagship energy industry city under Saudi Vision 2030. Covering 50 km², CRCC won the EPC packages for the park's extensive municipal roads, utility networks and MEP infrastructure, as one of its core infrastructure contractors.

Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas Security Upgrade

CRCC International is deeply involved in building and upgrading security systems across Saudi Aramco's oil and gas parks, refining bases and energy cities, all to Aramco's highest global industrial security standards — one of the few Chinese contractors fully qualified by Aramco to deliver integrated civil + MEP security upgrades.

NEOM THE LINE Tunnel Adits, Saudi Arabia

Known in the industry as the NEOM Tunnel Project, with CRCC International as EPC contractor, it was the first Chinese-built infrastructure project to land in NEOM. Located on the Red Sea coast of Tabuk Province in the THE LINE section of NEOM — a 26,500 km², US$500 billion future city whose core is a 170 km linear zero-carbon city. Owned by NEOM Company with European/American supervision to European tunneling standards, the project was fully delivered in 2024, proving Chinese tunneling technology meets the strictest Western standards for world-class infrastructure.

Lusail Stadium, Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup

Lusail Stadium (nicknamed the 'Golden Bowl') was built by the CRCC International + HBK joint venture — the first time a Chinese company served as main contractor for a World Cup final venue. Started April 2017 and delivered November 2021: 195,000 m² of floor area, 80,000 seats, peaking at 88,900 spectators — the largest, most complex, most advanced and most international World Cup main stadium ever built. Leveraging Lusail's proven technology and management experience, CRCC went on to win the Jeddah Stadium and Saudi Sports City venues for the 2034 World Cup.

Al Kheesa Roads Project, Qatar

A livelihood project improving basic living infrastructure for local residents, owned by Qatar's Public Works Authority (PWA) and executed to dual European/American + Qatar GSAS municipal standards — a district-wide integrated municipal upgrade covering roads, drainage, power, lighting and landscaping.

Asia-Pacific

China–Thailand High-Speed Railway

A flagship Belt and Road project and Thailand's first standard-gauge high-speed railway — the world's first overseas HSR built fully to Chinese standards with 100% host-country self-funding. It marked CSCEC's breakthrough in overseas HSR EPC, mastering complete viaduct and tunnel construction techniques and setting a benchmark for Chinese infrastructure standards going global.

Suvarnabhumi Airport Phase II, Thailand

The SAT-1 satellite terminal of Suvarnabhumi International Airport, built by CSCEC, was then the largest single Chinese-funded infrastructure project in Thailand and a showcase of Chinese airport construction technology and digital construction standards abroad.

Ooredoo Headquarters Office Building, Maldives

A landmark building project in the Maldives, built by CSCEC International as EPC contractor for Ooredoo, the country's leading telecom operator. Commissioned in September 2023, it is a local benchmark for low-carbon office buildings.

Laem Chabang Port Phase III, Thailand

Package 1 marine works of the Laem Chabang Port Phase III expansion, built by the CRCC International + CRCC Harbor & Channel Engineering Bureau joint venture. Thailand's largest-ever single marine engineering project and CRCC's largest overseas cash-contract marine works, with Phase III investment totaling US$3.5 billion; the JV handled all offshore land reclamation enabling works.

MTR Railway Maintenance Integrated Project, Hong Kong

CRCC International is a core MTR provider of maintenance, technical upgrades and intelligent equipment integration — the largest and most comprehensive cooperation cluster in Hong Kong's rail transit maintenance sector.

Zvezda Shipyard Workshops, Russia

Owned by the Zvezda shipbuilding complex, a core Russian national shipbuilding project, CRCC International undertook the EPC of the Phase II Stage 4 workshops. Meeting Russian SNIP building codes, Russian shipbuilding safety standards and EU low-temperature industrial plant requirements, designed for the Far East's -30°C climate with specialized insulation, anti-freeze and snow-melt drainage systems — CRCC's signature EPC project in Russia's Far East shipbuilding industry.

Moscow Metro Southwest Line, Russia

The Moscow Metro Southwest Line (General Tyulenev–Kommunarka section), built by CRCC International under a contract signed in April 2019 — then CRCC's largest single metro contract in Russia. It drove the export of a full industry chain of TBMs, tunneling equipment, steel structures and MEP systems, bringing Chinese technology, equipment and management to the European market.

Europe

Stockholm Metro Contracts 8714 & 8715, Sweden

The 8714 and 8715 contracts of the Stockholm Metro Blue Line extension, owned by Region Stockholm (SLL), are core packages of Stockholm's largest metro construction in nearly 50 years — and the first government municipal infrastructure project in the Nordics independently won and fully delivered by China Railway Tunnel Group. Delivered as design-build covering drill-and-blast excavation, permanent concrete structures and partial detailed design; the line is planned to open in 2030. Sweden enforces world-class infrastructure controls — EU building codes, Nordic rock-blasting standards, extreme environmental and noise controls, standardized HSE systems, third-party supervision and real-time environmental monitoring throughout. The project earned CEEQUAL Excellent, the highest European civil engineering environmental rating — an environmental benchmark among Stockholm metro projects of its time, and a breakthrough for Chinese infrastructure in the high-end Nordic market.

Latin America

Panama Metro Line 3 TBM Tunnel

Panama Metro Line 3 is a national livelihood transport project and Central America's first monorail line, with US$3.9 billion investment financed by JICA. The HPH consortium (Hyundai, POSCO, etc.) is the main contractor; China Railway Tunnel Group signed on as TBM tunnel specialist subcontractor in August 2023, responsible for the project's controlling work — a large-diameter slurry TBM tunnel under the Panama Canal, the world's first shield tunnel beneath the canal, meeting Panamanian codes, American standards and the Korean contractor's management system. A super-project of the Americas and the largest-diameter slurry TBM project overseas by a Chinese company.

New Demerara River Bridge, Guyana

Built by CRCC International, started January 2023 and opened to traffic on October 5, 2025 — the largest and most technically complex transport infrastructure in Guyana's history. 2,900 m long with a twin-tower, twin-cable-plane prestressed concrete cable-stayed design, 300 m main span, four lanes, 100-year design life, navigable for 50,000-ton vessels. Built strictly to international standards, the bridge is a milestone of Guyana's modernization.

Courtyard by Marriott, Guyana

China Qingjian Group delivered the full EPC scope — construction, MEP, fit-out, intelligent systems and supporting works — its benchmark high-end commercial hotel project in Guyana. Started July 2021, completed and opened on August 28, 2025 at a ceremony hosted by the President of Guyana.

ANR Robinson International Airport Phase II, Trinidad and Tobago

The ANR Robinson International Airport new terminal and supporting EPC project, known as Tobago Airport Phase II — Trinidad and Tobago's No.1 national transport infrastructure project, built by CRCC International's Caribbean company. A full turnkey EPC covering design, procurement, construction, equipment installation, commissioning and training, executed to American, ICAO and Caribbean local standards — the Caribbean's first high-standard green airport demonstration project.

Hidalgo e Hidalgo S.A. Municipal Projects, Latin America

Known as HeH, the 'Double H' group is a leading integrated infrastructure contractor in Latin America, operating locally through its wholly-owned Peruvian subsidiary CASA. Its business covers the full municipal spectrum — roads, water and drainage, bridges, tunnels, water conservancy, railways, urban pipe networks and public facilities — across Ecuador, Peru, Panama and Colombia.

Route 5, Chile

Chile's Route 5 is the Pan-American Highway trunk line running the length of the country — the core transport artery of its economy, agriculture and freight. The CRCC consortium operates two concession sections under an integrated invest-build-operate PPP model — a signature Chinese-funded highway project in Latin America, showcasing green infrastructure and smart transport solutions, and a milestone for the invest-build-operate model entering a developed Latin American market.

Santiago Metro Line 6 West Extension & Line 7, Chile

Built by CRCC International fully to European/American supervision, environmental and safety standards, proving China's complete rail transit technology and construction management systems meet developed-market requirements — full hands-on experience for Chinese companies entering high-end South American and European rail markets.

Coquimbo Hospital & Hospital Network, Chile

CRCC's first overseas hospital PPP concession and the largest single Chinese-funded medical concession in Chile. President Boric attended the groundbreaking in January 2024; the main structure topped out in January 2026. Follow-on wins include Illapel Hospital, the O'Higgins regional medical network and the National Neurosurgery Hospital, breaking the long-standing European/American monopoly on Latin America's high-end medical market. The hospital cluster proves Chinese companies can meet stringent Western medical building codes, seismic standards and concession supervision — a benchmark for China's integrated medical infrastructure solutions with global demonstration value.

Batuco Railway, Chile

CRCC International's largest and highest-value rail transit project in Chile, breaking the long-standing European monopoly on the Chilean railway market and setting a benchmark for Chinese infrastructure in South America's high-end rail sector. Won against European and American giants on technical solution, cost control and schedule advantages — proof of the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese rail transit. Surface works started December 2025; the full line is planned to open in 2030.

Nassau Women & Children's Hospital, The Bahamas

The New Providence Women & Children's Hospital, a national healthcare upgrade project in The Bahamas, with CRCC International as EPC contractor; the groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 17, 2026. Architecture, fire protection, medical cleanrooms, plumbing and HVAC must simultaneously meet US healthcare codes plus Bahamian island environmental and flood-control standards. The project delivers the full EPC chain of a Grade-A specialty hospital, mastering overseas medical purification, smart hospital and US-standard medical systems — exporting Chinese hospital intelligence, medical gases, clean operating rooms and logistics equipment in volume, upgrading from pure construction to integrated 'design + build + equipment' delivery.
